2.5Gb/s Mini-DIL Receiver
PTV2400
The PTV2400 is an optical receiver suitable for
2.5Gb/s short reach SDH/SONET/ATM single-mode
applications. It uses Bookham Technology's one piece
fiber alignment technology offering high stability and
reliability and is capable of satisfying the requirements
of the Bellcore quality specification TA-NWT-00983.
Bookham Technology's unsurpassed quality and
reliability are featured in a rugged, hermetically sealed,
ceramic package fully tested for environmental integrity.
The receiver is neatly housed in an 8-pin Mini-DIL package.
The optical element is an InGaAs PIN photodiode coupled to a
single-mode fiber pigtail, and an integral GaAs transimpedance
amplifier is featured.
The PTV2400 Mini-DIL receiver can be used in pairs with the
LCV134 Mini-DIL transmitter.
