DESCRIPTION:
DESCRIPTION:
The MS1490 is a 12.5 volt silicon NPN transistor designed
primarily for UHF communications. The device utilizes an
emitter ballasted die geometry capable of operating into an
infinite load VSWR under specified operating conditions.
